Event Promotion and Partnership Policies
The Dennos is committed to collaboration and community outreach. Please learn more about our event promotion and program partnership policies to see if DMC is the right fit for your event. All requests will be reviewed by appropriate staff members, and decisions will be based on available resources and DMC mission alignment.
Program Partnership Policy
Thank you for considering The Dennos as a program partner. All requests for program collaboration must follow the process outlined below:
- The Dennos requires that program partners request partnerships at least three months in advance of the projected program date. Programming decisions are made on a quarterly basis at The Dennos.
- Align with Dennos mission and NMC values.
- Avoid direct competition with Dennos Museum programs and events.
- Avoid Dennos Museum event and program conflicts. Check our event calendar.
- Acknowledge The Dennos in program materials where appropriate. Museum staff may request copies of materials which include acknowledgement.
- Failure to acknowledge The Dennos appropriately may result in future suspension of program partnership requests.
- The Dennos expects that all labor leading up to and during the event will be fairly distributed and agreed upon by all parties at the beginning of the partnership.

Event Promotion Policy
Thank you for considering The Dennos as a promotional partner for your event. All requests for promotion must follow the process outlined below:
- Requests must be submitted at least three weeks before your event promotion start date. This is the date you will begin promoting your own event.
- Align with Dennos mission and NMC values.
- Avoid direct competition with Dennos Museum programs and events.
- Avoid Dennos Museum event and program conflicts. Check our event calendar.
- Acknowledge the The Dennos in program materials where appropriate. Museum staff may request copies of materials which include acknowledgement.
- The Dennos will not create content. All promotional materials must be provided to the Audience Engagement Manager at least two weeks in advance of the promotion start date.
- Failure to acknowledge The Dennos appropriately or provide appropriate materials on time may result in future suspension of event promotion requests.
