Inuit Cultural Tours
The Inuit Cultural Tour program explores the Dennos Museum Center's collection of Inuit Art. Students examine Inuit culture through a combination of analyzing and making art, playing traditional Inuit games, and viewing films.
This program was initially developed for sixth grade classes, but is easily modified to be appropriate for other grade levels. Inuit Cultural Tours are very popular with pre-school and lower elementary students due to the hands-on nature of the program.
