Hailing from County Sligo, Ireland's award-winning Celtic band Dervish combines the charismatic stage presence and vocals of Cathy Jordan with the dazzling virtuosity of instrumentalists Tom Morrow on fiddle, Liam Kelly on flute, Shane Mitchell on accordion and the solid rhythm playing of Brian McDonagh and Michael Holmes. Voted Best Traditional/ Folk Group by Ireland's premier music magazine Hot Press, the band is legendary for concert performances featuring a myriad of tones and moods ranging from high energy reels to hauntingly beautiful slow ballads.
